Remove the flame detector and clean the lens

Door
Inspect front and rear of boiler by looking for
any potential hot spots on the boiler doors. Paint
will bubble and change color if excessive heat has
occurred.

Remove burner gun and clean electrodes and fuel
nozzles with compressed air.

Check blowdown hose and system for blockages or
kinks.

Turn on the steamer and heat it up until it is under
pressure. The steam purge will open when boiler is
under pressure.
