Incorrect operation due to ignoring of instructions may cause harm or damage. The seriousness is classifi ed by the following indications.   • Page 9 Other Features AUTO-RESTART If the unit shuts off unexpectedly due to a power outage, it will restart with the previously set function automatically when the power resumes. WAIT 3 MINUTES BEFORE RESUMING OPERATION After the unit has stopped, it cannot be restarted until 3 minutes time has elapsed. This is to protect the unit.
  • Page 10 NOTE Make sure the hose is secure so there are no leaks. Direct the hose toward the drain, making sure that there are no kinks that will impede water fl ow. Place the end of the hose into the drain and make sure the end of the hose is directed downward to let the water fl ow smoothly.

  • Page 21 Basic Functions SETTING THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE The operating temperature range for this unit is 17-30°C (62°F-86°F). You can increase or decrease the set temperature in 1°C (1°F) increments. AUTO operation PRESET In AUTO mode, the unit will automatically select the COOL, FAN, MARCHE/ HEAT or DRY mode based on the set temperature.
