Congratulations on the purchase of this high-quality fitness device. This device has been examined and
approved by recognized inspection and test facilities. These tests are carried out in the interests of the
quality and safety of your training.
Please read this user manual carefully. The operating instructions are an integral part of the
product. You should therefore keep these carefully, as well as the packaging, for later ques-
tions. If you pass the product on to third parties, please always include the operating instruc-
tions.
Please note that you have purchased a device for normal home use. This device is not intended for com-
mercial use and is therefore not designed for loads such as those that occur in fitness studios.

General Safety Information

Please observe these operating instructions and keep them!

Read and follow the instructions for use and all other information before using the device. Safe use of
the device can only be achieved if it is used correctly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users
of the device are aware of the warnings and precautions.

Be sure to consult your GP to identify and prevent any health risks before beginning any exercise
program. Your doctor's advice is authoritative regarding your pulse rate, blood pressure or cholesterol
level.
d)
Pay attention to your body signals. Incorrect or excessive training can endanger your health. If you
experience pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, dizziness
or light-headedness at any time during your workout, please stop your workout immediately and con-
sult your doctor.
e)
Keep children and animals away from the device. This device is intended for adult use only.
f)
Use the device only as specified. If you find a defective part during inspection, or if you hear unusual
noises when using the device, stop using it until the problem is solved.
g)
The device is not suitable for therapeutic use.

Do not use the device continuously for more than one hour. Let the device rest for 30 minutes before
using it again.

Do not immerse the device in water. Keep it away from liquids or sources of heat. Keep the ventilation
openings free from dust and dirt.

Disconnect the charger from the battery of the device after charging or before use.
Specific Security Information
ATTENTION DANGER! To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire and personal injury, this product must be
used in accordance with the following instructions:
a)
For use by adults only
b)
Use the product only on a dry clean surface of the body over clothing by gently pressing and moving
across the body for approximately 60 seconds per region.
c)
Only use it on the soft tissues of the body without causing any pain or discomfort. Do not use on the
head or any hard or bony area of the body.
d)
Only use the massage attachments that achieve the best possible effect.
e)
Bruising can occur regardless of control setting or pressure applied. Check the treated areas frequently
and stop immediately at the first sign of pain or discomfort.
f)
Keep fingers, hair, or other body parts away from the barrel and back of the applicator as this may
result in crushing.
g)
Do not place objects in the ventilation holes of the massage gun
h)
Do not immerse the massage gun in water or allow water to enter the massage gun ventilation holes
i)
Do not drop or abuse the massage gun.
