ARRANTY CONDITIONS
L.A. Sports GmbH & Co. KG grants you a two (2) year guarantee for this product from the date of purchase
in accordance with our warranty provisions and the applicable legal regulations. This warranty applies to
first-time retail purchasers only and is not transferable.
Despite the extensive quality controls and the use of high-quality materials, defects in this product can
occur in exceptional cases. Within the guarantee period, we will rectify any defects that can be proven to
be due to material or manufacturing defects free of charge. Further or other claims, in particular for com-
pensation for damage not caused to the product itself, are excluded.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural wear and tear, commercial use, improper use,
incorrect operation, lack of care, incorrect installation and storage, non-compliance with the operating
instructions, as well as force majeure or other external influences. The guarantee is void if repairs or
interventions are carried out by persons who are not authorized to do so.
Warranty claims must be asserted within the warranty period. The fully completed warranty certificate and
proof of purchase must be enclosed with the device. The device must always be sent to the service center
in the original packaging.
