Copying and Pasting the Components Summary Report to a Text Editor

The utility can generate a summary report for all components used in the configuration.
1. Select File-->Components Summary from the main menu. The Components Summary Window displays.
2. Click Copy.
3. Paste the text into any text editor (e.g. Notepad). Most text editors allow you to paste by selecting Edit-->Paste
from the main menu. To best view the report, use a fixed-width font like "Courier" or "FixedSys".
Components Summary Tips
• The number of reported cabinets in the summary is calculated using the zone list. If there are no zones defined
in the list, the number of cabinets will be zero.
• The number of reported switches is the highest switch number used in the job configuration.
• The number of reported QIF-2000 is the highest used ID number.

Sorting Lists

You can sort lists in either in ascending or descending order.
To sort a list, select a configuration from the left pane.
• Click any one of the column headers to toggle the sort direction, or
• Select Sort from the main menu, then select the desired column to sort by. The red up and down arrows in the
menu indicate the subsequent sort order that will be performed (
arrow ( )indicates the last used sort category.
