TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED ANALOG
Thank you customer for choosing Soldron as your preferred brand. As
this will give you perfect soldering with long life and reliability. We also
offer you service and assistance in order to help you maintain your
product in perfect working condition.

Set up and operation:

1) Put the iron in the provided stand.
2) Connect the iron plug in the iron socket provided on station.
3) Connect the power cord into the mains.
4) Turn on the power switch located on the left side of the station.
5) Set the temperature using knob as per requirement.
6) Once the iron reach to the preset temperature the display will show a blinking dot(.)
after3 digit.
7) The iron is now ready for use.
8) Station enters into sleep mode after 15 mints of inactive.

Important Points for tip care

1) Higher soldering temperatures can reduce the life of the tip (Try to use lower
temperatures wherever possible)
2) Clean the tip with the provided cleaning sponge to remove all oxides and flux
deposits on the tip. This improves the effectives of the bit over long term usage.
3) After the soldering job is complete, clean the tip and coat it with solder to enhance
its life.
4) CAUTION!: Using files and abrasive material to clean the tip, will wear away the
protective iron coating to expose the copper, which will make the tip useless.
5) When the tip develops a hole due to wear of protective iron coating, it's time to
purchase and replace the bit with an original Soldron bit.
