In case you require assistance, the remote maintenance function provides a convenient way to
get a prompt solution. In order to use this option, you will have to enable remote access for each
support session, allowing our support team to access your xo|one.
The remote access will be automatically terminated if you restart the xo|one or click onto the
button »Stop«.
Please give us a short discription of the issue.
Click the button »Start« to start the remote maintenance. If you use the remote maintenance
for the fi rst time, the xo|one will install the remote maintenance routine fi rst. After a short while
the message »Remote maintenance active« is shown, as well as an IP address with the format
10.8.0.xxx. Our support staff member will ask you for this IP address, it is required to get full access
to your xo|one.
