Solution
If the battery is low, charge it.
Check if the USB charging cable is
plugged in. The charging indicator should
flash.
Press the power button of the host to
enter a standby state before pressing
the power button on the remote control.
Replace the button cell CR 2032
The electrodes should be in direct
contact with the skin of the neck.
Remove any accessories, clothes, or hair
in between.
The default massager state is 0-gear
strength. Increase the intensity until you
feel the right pressure.
