DORANI TOUCH - VDP CONNECT - TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
For App connectivity WiFi and Cloud Connections need to be Stable
WiFi Signal
WiFi not Connected

WiFi Trouble

NO Wifi visible
Connection GOOD
No Connection

Cloud Indicator

WiFi
No Troubleshooting Required for WiFi
Check Internet Connection and WiFi is operational
Follow VDP Guide and Redo WiFi Connection
Power Cycle Modem/Router
Power Cycle Intercom System
Default WiFi and Attempt reconnect - Settings, General, Right Arrow,
Restore to Default, Clear Wifi Settings, ?
Follow VDP Guide and Redo WiFi Connection
NO internet connection to WiFi service, wait internet to reconnect
Modem/Router has blocked SIP Device Connection, Power Cycle
Modem/Router and Intercom
If Problem remains, it could be a network provider issue blocking SIP
communications and connections (Dorani Support can identify however
not rectify as is provider issue
Follow VDP Guide and Redo WiFi Connection
If the WiFi Switch remains OFF, Power Cycle Intercom at Power Supply (or
remove green plug from rear of monitor)
If WiFi Switch remains OFF, contact technical support

Cloud Connection

No Troubleshooting Required for WiFi
Check Internet Service is stable
Power Cycle Modem and Intercom as above
Check if Phone App shows "Connected", if NOT then Server may be under
maintenance, check back shortly
If Problem remains, it could be a network provider issue blocking SIP
communications and connections (Dorani Support can identify however
not rectify as is provider issue
