STEP 5. FRONT PANEL ASSEMBLY (CONT'D) EasyShed
5.5 Turn each door over, so they rest upside down on top of the front panel.
Secure the hinges to the Door Jambs 'J1800', with the doors finished evenly spaced 30mm
from the top & bottom of the panel.
5.6 Secure the two padbolts
with rivets, fastening through
the door sheets into the pad bolts.
The base of the pad bolt must rest on the
C777 channels as shown.
Fasten the hasps to the inside face
of the C1500N1 U channels.
5.7 Fit the four door braces
'J1125' diagonally to the inside
face of the door. Fasten through
the door brace into the sheet,
remove the screws and re-fasten
the screws from the outside face
of the door.

Each end of the door brace should
tuck under the door U channels
and meet neatly at the centre of
the door as shown.
