    1. Handlebar Assembly and Adjustment Caution: The 350 series scooter is equipped with an “Easy Fold” handlebar and stem a s s e m b l y. Take care not to pinch your hand or any of your fingers in the hinge when you are raising and locking the handlebar in place.
  • Page 6 2. Stem Assembly and Adjustment The stem of the 350 series electric scooter comes fully installed and tightened from the factory. The stem itself is attached to the lower hinge plate and includes a bicycle style stem expander bolt and expander wedge.

The battery pack is installed at the factory, and it is located under the deck plate. To access the battery, if necessary, turn the power switch to the OFF position (fig.
