NOTE: Do not use air or power tools.

ATTACH HANDLE

1. Slide handle into the brackets on the lower side of
the frame. Align holes in handle and mounts.
If handle won't slide in, loosen mount bolts. Slide
washers onto four 10mm bolts. Insert bolts through
handle and brackets and secure with locknuts.
(See Figure 1)

ATTACH NOSE PLATE AND AXLE SUPPORT

1. Position frame reinforcements against bottom
frame rail. Slide nose plate into channel on frame
reinforcement. (Keep bolt holes aligned.)
2. Align axle support with outside rail of frame. Make
sure axle support is positioned as shown in Figure 2.
3. Thread four 13mm bolts through the axle support,
frame, frame reinforcement and nose plate. Secure
with locknuts but DO NOT tighten.

ATTACH AXLE AND WHEELS

1. Insert wheel axle through hole in axle supports.
Align holes in axle with grooves on back of the axle
support. Use a hammer to tap in the round pins.
(See Figure 3)
2. Slide a spacer and a washer onto each end of the
axle. Slide a wheel onto each end of the axle. Slide
on a washer, then secure wheel with a cotter pin.
Bend cotter pin using pliers. Wheels should spin
freely. (See Figure 4)
3. Tighten all locknuts.
4. Check tire pressure. (30 psi max.) Inflate if necessary.
