Using a CAT5e star wiring topology up to twelve wall stations in four zones can be connected to the Main Controller board. The Intercom makes use of the Leviton Integrated Networks modular format, easily mounting in the Structured Media Center on a standard plastic bracket.
MOUNTING BRACKET: Mount the Intercom System bracket into the Structured Media Center enclosure in a convenient location, directly below the telephone distribution board is recommended. Align the Push-Lock Pins with the grid holes on the back wall of the enclosure.

2. Adjust the jumper for connected zones to normally open (NO) or normally close (NC) as desired. “Normally open” refers to the contacts being open (and no current flowing) when the board is energized. Conversely, “normally closed” means the contacts are closed (with current flowing) when the board is energized.
DOOR CHIME: Mount the Door Chime board onto an available spot of the Intercom System bracket. 1. Connect wires from door chime transformer and chime set to terminals at the top of the board. A chime will sound when any zone is activated.
Use the patch cord to connect the output of the Intercom Main Controller board to the input of the Door Chime board. Use a second patch cord to connect to the output/aux of the door chime board to the input of the Intercom Interface board. Set the dip switches according to the table for the desired relay activation time.
