BÉCHAMEL SAUCE
Makes: 1 cup
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
30g salted butter
30g plain flour
300ml full-fat milk
Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
Directions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and stir 1 minute. Add the
milk all at once, reduce the heat to low, and whisk continuously until thickened.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
