hOw TO TRANSFER
YOuR REmAINING POSTAGE
This process will immediately transfer your postage to your Postage By Phone
Please note that if you do not complete this process, and you return your meter with
remaining postage, it may take up to six weeks to process your refund.
hOw TO TRANSFER REmAINING POSTAGE FOR mODElS:
STEP 1:
(Dm200, PcN-F800/F8m0)
This is similar to the postage refill process
A. Press the Setup Key to view the set up menu options
B. Press the Setup Key repeatedly, until the "go to advance functions menu?"
appears on the screen.
C. Press YES, (Enter)
D. Press the Setup Key until "Remove Funds/Purge Ink" appears on the screen
E. Press 1 Remove Funds from Meter
F. Follow the prompts to withdraw the funds from the meter

STEP 1:
(Dm300, PcN-F900/F9m0)
This is similar to the postage refill process
A. Press Options
B. Press 5-Setup Menu
C. Press 6-Advanced Functions
D. Press 4-Remove funds from Meter
E. Press YES, (Enter)
F. Follow the prompts to withdraw the funds from the meter
The postage meter dials into the Postage By Phone
display letting you know the status of the process.
STEP 2: VERIFY POSTAGE TRANSFERRED
G. Press the Fund Key
H. Wait 10 seconds
I. Insert an envelope
STEP 3:
