5.3 RS485 can't communicate
⚫ Check whether the 485 connection is wired, try to replace the 485
cable；
⚫ Check whether the communication parameters are correct, the
baud rate, etc.

◆ Register
Before using ShinePhone APP first time, the user must register an
account in advance.
There are three steps when users register the account:
(1) Fill in the account registration information
a）Fill in account information. To fill in the account information, please
select the account country, user name, password, email address, and installer
number.
