Note:

• It is recommended to charge your headset before its first use. Connect the headphones to a computer via USB or any available USB power adapter to start charging
• Press and hold on the Multifunction button for 2s to power on / off the headphones
• Connect to an Android or iOS mobile device via Bluetooth^® to check headset's battery status

BLUETOOTH PAIRING / CONNECTING TO AUDIO SOURCE DEVICE

Wireless Pairing

1. Press and hold the Multifunction button for 4s when headset is powered off to initiate Bluetooth pairing
2. On your mobile device, turn Bluetooth on and select "Sound Blaster JAM V2" from the list of discovered Bluetooth devices to pair

Multipoint Pairing

1. Disconnect the headset from the first mobile device before initiating Bluetooth pairing to a second mobile device
2. Once paired to the second mobile device, power off, then power on the headset, and ensure Bluetooth is switched on across both mobile devices to achieve multipoint connection

Wired Connection

Note: Bluetooth mode is not available when Sound Blaster JAM V2 is connected to a USB audio source

MASTER RESET

Master reset is reserved for scenarios where users encounter problems such as Bluetooth pairing problems or other connectivity issues. Follow the steps below to reset your Sound Blaster JAM V2:

• Press and hold Volume +, Volume -, and Multifunction buttons simultaneously for 8s to reset the headphones back to factory settings
  
• Upon successful reset, the headset will power off. The headset will automatically initiate Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on after master reset
