Cause/measure
● Is an external device connected to the external
input connector?
¨ When an external device is connected, even
¨
if it is turned OFF, it will take precedence
over the microphone unit, which will stop
audio transmission from the microphone unit.
Disconnect the plug from the external input
connector.
● Is the volume on the receiver, connected
amplifier, etc. high enough?
¨ Adjust the volume with the volume
¨
adjustment knob.
● Is the status of the product "Not talking"? (Is the
talk indicator red?)
¨ Press the talk button.
¨
● Has the paired microphone been deleted by the
operations support software?
¨ Pair the microphone again.
¨
● Is the PTT setting switch set to "PTT ON"?
¨ When set to "PTT ON", you need to keep
¨
pressing the talk button while talking to
output.
● Is the microphone properly inserted into the
charger?
¨ Make sure that the microphone is properly
¨
inserted into the charger.
● Are the batteries already charged?
¨ The batteries may already be fully charged.
¨
Take the microphone out of the charger and
use it as normal.
