  • Page 10 1. Austausch Panel/ Frontrahmen Art 37/42/47 Der Frontrahmen des Art SL ist mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes mit dem Display verklebt. Zusätzlich ist das Display mit 4 Torx-Schrauben am Frontrahmen befestigt, die vorab entfernt werden müssen (Bild 1). Bild 1 Um den Frontrahmen zu entfernen muss der Rahmen vorsichtig vom Display mittels Abdrückwerkzeug entfernt werden.
  • Page 11 Bild 2 Bild 3 Durch die Hebelkraft können Sie den Rahmen vom Display entfernen. Gehen Sie hierbei Stück für Stück sehr vorsichtig vor und unterstützen Sie das Ablösen der Front durch zusätzliches drücken des Frontrahmens vom Display (Bild 2 und 3). Bewegen Sie die Abziehhilfe im oberen und unteren Bereich nur nach rechts und links (Bild 4).
  • Page 12 Bevor die untere Seite gelöst werden kann , legen Sie das Gerät auf das Panel. Um Schaden am Frontrahmen und Panel zu verhindern, legen Sie das Gerät auf eine saubere und weiche Unterlage. Entfernen Sie die beiden Lautsprecherboxen die jeweils mit drei Torx-Schrauben befestigt sind (Bild6).
  • Page 13 Heben Sie die Träger vorsichtig an und legen Sie die Bedieneinheit frei. Bevor sie die Träger mit Chassishalter vom Display entfernen können, muss die Bedieneinheit vom Frontrahmen gelöst werden. Diese ist mit zwei Torx-Schrauben befestigt (Bild 9) Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabelbäume von der Inverter-Unit und vom FRC-Modul abgesteckt sind (Bild 10 und 11).
  • Page 14 Achtung! Gehen Sie behutsam mit der Abziehhilfe vor und vermeiden Sie zu starke Hebelbewegungen. Zu starke Hebelkräfte können eine Beschädigung des Displayrahmens zur Folge haben (Bild 14). Bild 14 Bild 15 Soll das Panel wiederverwendet werden, müssen die Klebereste komplett vom Rahmen entfernt werden( Bild 15).
  • Page 15 1. Replacement panel/ front frame Art 37/42/47 The front frame of the Art SL TV’s is fixed with double sided adhesive tape on the display . The display is also fixed with 4 torx-screws , which have to be removed first (Fig. 1). Fig.

Work step by step very carefully and support the removing of the frame by pushing it ahead from the display. Move the tool on the upper and lower side of the frame only in right and left direction (Fig 4). On the right and left side of the frame move the tool only up and down wards (Fig.
  • Page 17 Before the lower side of the frame can be removed , place the TV on the panel side, pay attention to a soft and clean base to avoid damage of the panel. Remove the two loudspeakers which are fixed with 3 torx-screws with the frame (Fig. 6). Pay attention to the wiring of the loudspeakers.
  • Page 18 Lift carefully the carrier and uncover the front control (Fig. 9). Pay attention to the front control before removing the panel carrier. The front control is fixed with 2 torx-screws (Fig. 9). Pay also attention to the wiring of the inverter unit and FRC-board (Fig. 10 and 11). Fig.
