7.6.4. DIAG function release after VBAT, VCC voltage abnormal function
For VBAT and VCC abnormal voltage, it returns automatically when being normal voltage.
The DIAG output returns a normal operation when the automatic return receives abnormal release
signals from each power supply monitoring function.
