7.6.2. VCC undervoltage detection circuit
When the VCC voltage falls and becomes less than the low detection voltage, OUT1/2 becomes
"OFF"(High-Z state).Moreover, in order to prevent chattering, a filter (TVCC_uv:2.5ms (typ.)) is built in.
For a logic circuit, it is reset in the case of VCCRHL (3.07V (typ.)) or less. Moreover, in order to prevent
chattering, a filter (TVCC_por:13.0μs (typ.)) is built in.
