Page 3: Fitting The Non-Return Valve In The Suction Port
Fitting the non-return valve in the suction port Fit the non-return valve into the suction port. Remove the suction port. Fit and tighten the suction port.

Dismantling the pump Remove the clamp. Remove the screw of the clamp. Remove the screws of the pump sleeve. Loosen the pump sleeve using a screwdriver.
Page 5 Pull out the self-priming part. Remove the pump sleeve. Remove the inlet part. Remove the O-ring from the self-priming part. Pull the valve seat out of the self-priming part. Remove the O-ring from the valve seat.
Page 6 Remove the O-ring from the inlet part. Remove the plug in the middle of the motor cover. Hold the shaft with a screwdriver. Slacken the impeller nut while holding the shaft. Remove the washers. Remove the impellers and chambers.
Page 7 Remove the washers. Pull off the rotating shaft seal part using two screw- drivers. Remove the stationary shaft seal part if the motor is Insert a screwdriver between the pump housing and not to be pulled out. the rubber ring, and prise out the stationary shaft seal part.

Page 16 Hold the shaft with a screwdriver. Tighten the impeller nut while holding the shaft with the screwdriver. Tightening torque: 7 Nm. Fit the O-rings on the inlet part. Lubricate the O-rings with O-ring grease. Lubricate the O-ring of the self-priming part. Fit the inlet part in the self-priming part.

Replacing the capacitor Take off the terminal box cover. Remove the screws of the terminal box cover. Remove the screw between the earth terminals. Remove the other screw in the control unit.

Page 22 Prise off the cover. Remove the screws of the flow sensor cover. Unplug the flow sensor from the control unit. Lift up the flow sensor wheel. Pull up the shaft. Remove the washer. It may be necesssary to apply a little grease to the finger to make the washer stick to the finger.
Page 23 Fit the shaft. Fit the washer on the shaft. Fit the wheel. The magnet of the wheel must point Fit the cover on the flow sensor. upwards. Tighten the screws. Connect the flow sensor to the control unit.

Replacing the pressure switch Take off the terminal box cover. Remove the screws of the terminal box cover. Remove the screw between the earth terminals. Remove the other screw in the control unit.
Page 26 Remove the three screws of the pressure switch. Unplug the pressure switch from the control unit. Lift up the pressure switch. Remove the O-ring using a screwdriver. Lubricate the O-ring with O-ring grease, and fit it. Fit the pressure switch.
Page 27 Fix the pressure switch. Connect the pressure switch to the control unit. Fix the control unit and earth terminals with two Fit the terminal box cover. screws.
Page 28: Replacing The Non-Return Valve Of The Outlet
Replacing the non-return valve of the outlet Unscrew the pressure tank. Loosen the cover of the pressure tank with a light blow. Pull out the non-return valve. Lubricate the O-rings of the non-return valve with O- ring grease.
Page 29 Fit the non-return valve in the pump housing. Fit the pressure tank. Tighten it by hand. Fit the cover.
