  • Page 3: Fitting The Non-Return Valve In The Suction Port

    Fitting the non-return valve in the suction port Fit the non-return valve into the suction port. Remove the suction port. Fit and tighten the suction port.

    Dismantling the pump Remove the clamp. Remove the screw of the clamp. Remove the screws of the pump sleeve. Loosen the pump sleeve using a screwdriver.
  • Page 5 Pull out the self-priming part. Remove the pump sleeve. Remove the inlet part. Remove the O-ring from the self-priming part. Pull the valve seat out of the self-priming part. Remove the O-ring from the valve seat.

    Replacing the non-return valve of the outlet Unscrew the pressure tank. Loosen the cover of the pressure tank with a light blow. Pull out the non-return valve. Lubricate the O-rings of the non-return valve with O- ring grease.
