In addition, the following responses are triggered:
• The switching elements and the brake output are deactivated.
• In the process image, DI-0.0 "Ready (automatic)" is deleted.
Restarting after internal tripping in the device
If the motor starter deactivates the switching elements automatically, it will
not restart until the following have occurred:
• Cause eliminated
• Acknowledgement issued
Acknowledgement
You can acknowledge in the following ways:
• With "Trip reset"
– output DO-0.3
• With a counter-command, e.g. "Motor off" (only in the case of a process
image fault)
• Automatic acknowledgement depending on parameter PO-0.3 "Auto reset"
(only in the case of temperature sensor faults)
Attention
If trip reset is applied constantly, the acknowledgement is triggered once by
edge triggering.
If trip reset (output DO-0.3) is applied for longer than 2 seconds and there is
no general fault/general warning present, the self-test function is triggered.
This results in overload tripping with "Warn/Trip", depending on the
"Behavior in the event of overload - temperature sensor" parameter (PO-0.2).
