Speaker Removal - Smooth Knit version

Sewn into the interior of the Smooth Knit beanie is a pocket which holds the speakers and controller in place. This pocket can be accessed through an opening along the inside seam of the beanie. To remove the electronic components, gently work them out by hand through this opening. A combination of squeezing/pushing the speaker and controller from the outside, and pulling the wires through the opening on the inside, is the best removal method.

Install is the reverse of the removal. Be sure to fit the controller and speaker snugly into their places on the sides of the beanie, and pull the wires all the way through and into the pocket.

Speaker Removal - Cable Knit version

Sewn into the outer fold of the Cable Knit beanie is a pocket which holds the speakers and controller in place. This pocket can be accessed through an opening along the top of the fold. To remove the electronic components, gently work them out by hand through this opening.

Install is the reverse of the removal. Be sure to fit the controller and speaker snugly into their places on the sides of the beanie, and push the wires all the way down and into the outer fold.
