4 Operation Procedure NOTE: If you forget to turn the massager off after use, the unit will automatically turn off after approximately 15 minutes. This should not be considered as a substitute for manually turning off your appliance. Always remember to turn off and unplug when not in use. Do Not use for more than 15 minutes at a time without a 30 minute cool down period in between uses. -

4.2.2 Heat When the unit is powered ON and the massage function is started, the heat function will start with High Heat indicated by the button illumination Bright Red. Press the heat button and the heat will reduce to Low heat indicated by the button illuminating a dim Red. -
