Remove the handlebar clamp screws

Take off the handlebar clamp.

Position the handlebar.
The markings of the handlebar scale are located centrally
between the handlebar clamp.

Position the handlebar clamp. Mount and tighten the screws
evenly.

Position the combination instrument rack on the handlebar.
