• Hutmutter (47) lösen und Pumpengehäuse (4) mit
Gleitringhalter (11) und Gegenring (120.5) nach vorn
herausschieben.
• Arretierschrauben (40) mit Flachdichtring (37) lösen
und Gegenring (120.5) und O-Ringe (120.10) aus dem
Gleitringhalter (11) nach vorn herausdrücken.
• Innensechskantschrauben (45) lösen und Gleitringhal-
ter (11) vom Pumpengehäuse (4) nehmen.
• O-Ringe (34) vom Gleitringhalter (11) entfernen.
• Gleitring (120.6) der Atmospärenseite und O-Ring
(120.13) von der Welle (7) abziehen.
• Mitnehmer (120.7) und O-Ring (120.14) überprüfen
und bei Beschädigung austauschen.
HINWEIS
Die weitere Demontage der Pumpe ist nur in bestimm-
ten Fällen, z. B. bei defektem Motor nötig. Siehe dazu
Kapitel "Pumpe vom Motor abbauen". Montage siehe
Kapitel "Montage".
Wartung
• Gegenring (120.5), Gleitring (120.1) und O-Ringe
(120.9, 120.10, 53) der produktseitigen Gleitringdich-
tung auf Verschleiß überprüfen und bei Bedarf kom-
plett auswechseln.
• Gegenring (120.5), Gleitring (120.6) und O-Ringe
(120.13) der atmosphärenseitigen Gleitringdichtung
auf Verschleiß überprüfen und bei Bedarf auswech-
seln.
• Dichtung (34) des Gleitringhalters (11) überprüfen
und bei Bedarf auswechseln.
• Gebrauchte Gleitringdichtungsteile sachgemäß entsor-
gen oder an GEA zurücksenden.

• Loosen cap nut (47) and push out pump housing (4)
together with slide ring carrier (11) and counter ring
(120.5) to the front.
• Loosen locking screws (40) with flat seal ring (37) and
push counter ring (120.5) and O-rings (120.10) out of
the slide ring carrier (11) to the front.
• Loosen hex. socket screws (45) and remove slide ring
carrier (11) from the pump housing (4).
• Remove O-rings (34) from the slide ring carrier (11).
• Draw slide ring (120.6) against the atmosphere and
O-ring (120.13) off the pump shaft (7).
• Check driver (120.7) and O-ring (120.14) and replace,
if damaged.
NOTE
Further dismantling of the pump is required only in
special cases, if for instance the motor is defective.
Refer to the chapter "Removing the pump from the
motor". For assembly refer to the "Assembly" chapter.
Maintenance
• Check counter ring (120.5), slide ring (120.1) and
O-rings (120.9, 120.10, 53) of the mechanical seal
against the product for wear and tear and replace
them completely, if necessary.
• Check counter ring (120.5), slide ring (120.6) and
O-rings (120.13) of the mechanical seal against the
atmosphere for wear and tear and replace them, if nec-
essary.
• Check the seal (34) of the slide ring carrier (11) and
replace if necessary.
• Properly dispose of the used parts of the mechanical
seal or send them back to GEA.
