2. Press spindle lock button and rotate the spindle by hand until the
lock button engages the spindle preventing further rotation.
3.Keep holding the lock button, loosen the collet nut by wrench.
4. Inserting the new accessory into the collet as far as possible to
minimize running out and unbalance.
5. With the lock engaged, tighten the collet nut with the wrench until
the accessory shank is gripped by the collet. But excessive tightening
of the collet nut is no need.
2.Settings
NOTE:For precision work, it is important that all accessories be in
good balance.
WARNING! Only use the accessories provided together with the tool.
You can read the speed from the display, and increase the rate by
press the "+" button, and decrease by press the "-" button. Each
pressing action means 1000 RPM higher or lower.
3. Grinding
WARNING! If the power cord or the tool damaged, do not plug the cord into
the mains power outlet.
WARNING! Nails are potential cause of injury. Make sure that there are no
nails in the piece to be sanded.
WARNING! Noise and dust are potential causes of injury.
Wear personal protective equipment.
Plug the mini grinder into outlet, and turn on the tool by pressing the
switch button to "I" position.
Pressing the switch button to "O" position will turn off the machine.
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, never touch the accessory
to clean the debris until it has already stoped and cooled down.
