and run the tool at no-load for 30 s in a safe position, stop immediately if there is
considerable vibration or if other defects are detected. If this condition occurs, check
the machine to determine the cause.
- Do not use space-reducing bushings or adapters, in order to install grinding wheel
which has a small shaft, into the chuck of this machine. The bushings may come loose
during the work.
- Examine that the work piece is properly supported.
- Make sure that sparks resulting from use do not create a hazard e.g. do not hit
person, or ignite flammable substances.
- Make sure that ventilation openings are kept clear when working in dusty conditions.
If it should become necessary to clear dust, first disconnect the tool from the main
supply (use non metallic objects) and avoid damaging internal parts.
- Always use eye and ear protection. Other personal protective equipment such as
dust mask, gloves, helmet and apron should be worn.
- The wheel continues to rotate after the tool is switched off.

Description of the Mini Grinder:
This machine is called Mini Grinder". It is a tool fitted with a rotating grinding
implement used for working against various materials. It is designed with a Spindle
lock for changing the new accessory and a speed display for adjusting proper speed.
Mini Grinders are commonly used in metalworking, woodworking, such as "do it
yourself" projects. This type grinder is powered by electricity.
Application (Intended use):
This machine is designed for the following purpose only:
1, grinding against metal、wood and marble etc.
Any other operation on the machine or material is not allowed.
Never try your tool with these operations, these misuses shall be avoided.
