10. Disposal
The packaging materials are environmentally friendly and can be
recycled.
Please dispose of packaging in the relevant containers to recycle
it. Do not dispose this device with the household waste. Recycle
with electrical devices at your local collection point.
For more detailed information about recycling of this device,
please contact your local council.
11. Warranty
1. Business to business (B2B):
1.1 Subject to clause 3.2, we warrant that on delivery, and for a
period of 36 months from the date of delivery (Warranty Period),
the Products shall:
1.1.1 conform with their description and any applicable specifica-
tion as set out in the quotation or the Sales Contract; and
1.1.2 be free from material defects in design, material and work-
manship.
Termination of the Contract, however arising, shall not affect any
of the parties' rights, remedies, obligations and liabilities that
have accrued as at termination, the terms implied by sections
13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, excluded from the Contract.
