The general purpose outputs/inputs settings are applied through this page.
UART Redirector Server
connect any RS-232 compatible equipment to DB9009-TX and communicate with it over the
Internet. The option can be either [Enabled] or [Disabled].
Baud rate – Select baud rate of the RS-232 COM Port. The external equipment must be
configured to the same baud rate.
Port – a field where TCP port of the Ethernet to RS-232 redirector is to be entered. This is the
TCP port used to communicate with any external device connected to the RS-232 COM Port.
Password – Password for the RS-232 server. These are the first symbols that must be sent to
authenticate to the Ethernet to RS-232 redirector, otherwise the connection is dropped. If left blank
NO security is used. Default value is blank (empty).
