FIBERGLASS INSTALLATION
Select the installation location for the SDX drain.

(Additional SDX drain may be used.)
For Fiberglass Wall: Cut one 4½" hole using a 4
2.
½" hole saw.
Install the SDX Bulkhead Fitting with the "UP" arrow

located at the top.
For Fiberglass Shells: ( Fig. 2 )
Place the solid Gasket with the smooth side

against the Bulkhead Fitting flange. (Silicone
adhesive may be substituted for the Gasket if
preferred.)
Mount the SDX Bulkhead Fitting in the hole with

the UP arrow at the top of each fitting.
Secure with the SDX Nut.

Connect the suction piping.

Fiberglass Cover Assembly ( Fig. 3 )
Prior to installing the Support, apply adhesive to the

non-ribbed side of the two notched gaskets.
Align the gaskets with the alignment tabs and screw

holes, then press the gaskets onto the Bulkhead
Fitting and the Bulkhead Support.
Align the SDX Vinyl/Fiberglass Support with the
3.
alignment tab located at the top of the SDX
Bulkhead Fitting. ( Fig. 4 )
Install five(5) self-tapping screws ( Fig. 5 ) through

SDX
Bulkhead
T25 Security Screw Driver ( Fig. 6 ) .
screws without over tightening.
Align the SDX Cover with the SDX Support holes.

Install three(3) security screws through the SDX

cover. Secure the screws without over tightening.
