Troubleshooting

Problem
The Air Conditioner does not
power on when pressing the
power button
Does not cool enough
Automatically turns off in
heating mode
The Air Conditioner is noisy
E1 Code
E2 Code

Possible Cause
Water Tank Full indicator lamp blinks
Room temperature is higher than the
set temperature. (Heat mode)
Room temperature is lower than the
set temperature. (Cooling mode)
The doors or windows are not closed
There are heat sources inside the
room
Exhaust air hose is not connected or
blocked
Temperature setting is too high
Air inlet is blocked
The Air Conditioner has a Heating
Protection System that turns the
power off automatically when the
temperature at the air outlet exceeds
70°C
The Air Conditioner is not levelled
The flowing refrigerant inside the air
conditioner will make some sound
Room temperature sensor failed
Evaporator coil sensor failed
Water tank full

Troubleshooting
Drain the water tank with the Bottom Drain
Outlet
Reset the temperature
Reset the temperature
Make sure all the windows and doors are
closed
Remove any heat sources if possible
Connect or clean the exhaust air hose
Reset the temperature
Clean the air inlet
Restart the unit at a sufficiently lower room
temperature
Make sure to place the Air Conditioner on a
flat, levelled surface
This is normal for any kind of air conditioner
with a compressor
Replace the room temperature sensor (the
unit can also work without replacement)
Replace the evaporator coil sensor
Drain the water tank with the Bottom Drain
Outlet
