Here you will find an overview of the adjustable water hardness values. You can
request the water hardness from your local water company or determine it with
a water hardness tester.

10 Softening System

Hard, calcareous water leaves
limescale residues on the dishes and
the rinse aid container and can clog
parts of the appliance. For good
washing results, you can soften water
with the water softener and softening
salt. To prevent damage to the device,
water with a hardness of more than 7
°dH must be softened.
