    Installing and Changing Applications 3.2.1 Introduction Modular Precision Sound Analyzer Type 2260 must have appli- cation software installed, together with the appropiate acces- sories, for it to be able to measure sound and/or vibration. Modular Precision Sound Analyzer Type 2260 can have several application software packages installed in it at the same time.

    Type 2260. Applications already installed in the Type 2260 using the PCMCIA cards can be updated or upgraded as described in this section – however, once updated or upgraded they are locked to the Type 2260 serial number and can not be uninstalled to the PCMCIA card again.
