ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Item No: TF100683
1. Carefully unpack and lay out the parts as shown in
illustration.
2. Screw lower column (B) securely onto base (A).
3. Screw center column (C) onto lower column (B).
4. Screw upper column (D) onto center column (C).
5. Screw arm (E) into upper column (D). Pull balance of
cord from base to tighten excess.
Uses (1) Maximum 60WATT, Type "A" Bulb or (1)
Maximum 13Watt CFL bulb. (Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
