ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: TA10812
1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Insert bulb into socket.
3. Place shade (B) onto socket assembly
4. Tighten screws (C) to secure the shade in place.
Uses (1) Maximum 25WATT Type "B" Bulb
(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
*SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
