to move to the message you want to
read, if necessary. The message slot number
appears.
4. Press
to read the message. The pager dis-
plays the message slot number (
example), up to the first 14 characters of the
message, and the time it was received. If
appears (meaning the message contains more
than 14 characters), press
about 3 seconds to see the rest of the message.
Note: If you do not press a key for more than 3 sec-
onds while viewing a message, the time/date display
(or the overflow character display) appears.
