  • Page 19 Twin stainless steel whisks, for whipping. • Couple the whisks with the pin, pushing them fully down until you hear a click. • Push the twin whisk support into the silicone spatula unit until you hear a click. The silicone spatula unit helps to blend all the ingredients together while they are being beaten.
  • Page 20 Aluminium hooks for compact doughs. • Fitted with a plastic spatula to help detach the dough from the shaft, for a smoother result. • Couple the spatula by inserting it underneath the hooks and turning it clockwise. • Insert the aluminium hooks on the shaft.
