IKEA's after-sales service centre is

when requesting assistance.
Please refer to www.IKEA.com and select
your local store to find local store telephone
numbers and opening hours.
Before you call us, make sure you have
the IKEA item number (8-digit code) and the
serial number (8-digit code on the plate) of
the appliance you are contacting our
assistance about.
KEEP THE RECEIPT! It is proof of purchase
and is required in order to take advantage of
the warranty. The receipt also shows the IKEA
name and item code (8-digit code) for each
appliance purchased.
