Sanitization Chemicals

During the sanitization of our products you may be required to handle chemicals such as Chlorine or
Hydrogen Peroxide. Care should be taken to ensure the safety of yourself and others around you while
using these chemicals. A material safety data sheet conforming to COSHH regulations is provided with
the chemical, please read this carefully before carrying out the sanitization.
Safety goggles and gloves should be worn at all times while handling

any chemical substance.
Process Table
Press and hold PF4 to access the menu
Using the up and down (PF3 & PF5) buttons highlight sanitisation
Press accept (PF4) to enter the sanitisation procedure
Place a 1 litre container under the dispense nozzle and press accept to release the pressure in the DI
pack
Remove the DI or Bypass pack from the system and replace with the sanitisation pack, the tags on the
pack will be read and the type of pack will display on the screen
Press accept (PF4) to start the sanitisation
The system will dispense a small amount of water to release any air from the pack
The system will then recirculate for 10 minutes
Once the 10 minute timer has finished press accept (PF4) to release the pressure from the sanitisation
cartridge
Remove the sanitisation pack from the system and replace with the DI or bypass pack, the tags on the
pack will be read and the type of pack will display on the screen
Press accept (PF4)
The system will then dispense a small amount of water to release any air from the pack and recirculate
for 2 minutes
The system will then return to the main menu, exit will be highlighted
Press accept (PF4) to return to normal operation
