quality is set at 96K/24bit or 96k/16bit, the clips will be
stored in internal FLASH by default.

5.1 Long-distance recording

If you want to record from a large distance (10m), you can
set the recording scenario as long-distance recording. When
choosing long-distance recording, please place mic near the
sound source. During recording, if external microphone or
LINE IN is detected, long-distance recording will be invalid.
The device will default to external microphone or LINE IN
recording.
Note
• The recording type for long-distance recording is
48khz/1536kbps.
• Long-distance recording mode should not be used in
noisy environment.

5.2 Noise-reducing recording

In an environment of noise, you can use the noise-reducing
mode for recording high-resolution clips. Turn on the noise
reduction button and press Record to enter the recording
pause interface and then press Record button to enter the
noise reduction mode.
Note
• The recording type for noise reduction mode is by default
12khz/384kbps. During the recording process, if external
microphone or LINE IN is detected, long-distance re-
cording will be invalid. The device will default to external
microphone or LINE IN recording.

5.3 External microphone recording

When you choose to use the external microphone for
recording, please insert the microphone to the external mi-
crophone socket, and then press Record for recording. After
external microphone is inserted, the internal microphone will
be turned off.
