Customer Service

If your appliance needs repair, contact customer
services. We will always find a suitable solution in order
to avoid unnecessary visits from a service technician.
When calling us, please state the product number
(E no.) and the production number (FD no.) so that we
can provide you with the best advice. You can find the
rating plate with these numbers inside the appliance
(remove the metal grease filter).
You can make a note here of the numbers of your
appliance and the telephone number of customer
service for easy reference should they be required.

Please be aware that a visit by a customer service
technician will be charged for if a problem turns out to
be the result of operator error, even during the warranty
period.

The cost of calling the call centre from fixed
lines varies according to the local pricing, and
from mobile phones according to the tariff
used.
Trust the expertise of the manufacturer. You can
therefore be sure that the required repair is carried out
by trained service technicians who carry original spare
parts for your appliance.
Warranty conditions
In the event that the goods are found to be defective,
the consumer may exercise one the following rights
in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer
Protection:
- Withdrawing from the contract
- Requesting a discounted sales fee,
- Requesting repair free of charge,
- Requesting exchange of the goods for a fully
functioning equivalent.
If a consumer opts for the right to free repair
included in these rights, the seller must then repair
the product or have it repaired without charging any
labour, replaced part or other fees under any name.
The consumer may also exercise their right of free
repair against the manufacturer or importer. The
seller, the manufacturer and the importer are jointly
liable for the exercise of this right by the consumer.

In the event a consumer exercises their right to a
repair free of charge, if:
- The goods fail again within the warranty period,
- The maximum time required for repair is exceeded,
- It is determined in a report by the authorised
service station, seller, manufacturer or importer that
repair is not possible,
the consumer shall demand that the seller
reimburses the cost of the goods, reduces the
price proportionately to the defect or, if possible,
replaces the goods with a fully functioning
equivalent. The seller must not refuse the
consumer's demand. In the event that this demand
cannot be met, the seller, manufacturer and importer
shall be jointly liable.
Defects arising from the use of the product contrary
to the points in the user manual are not covered by
the warranty.
In case of disputes which may arise regarding the
use of their rights arising form the warranty, the
consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration
Board or the Consumer Court in their place of
residence or of the consumer transaction.
