3. IMPORTANT POINTS FOR THE HEATING SYSTEM

In a single-storey locations, the installation main piping should be suitable
for the boiler outlet diameters (eg, if the boiler outputs are 1 " metal pipe,
the main line pipes 1" metal pipe or the inner diameter 1 "could be plastic
pipe suitable for the metal pipe.
1. In the case of multiple floors, the entrance and exit of each floor must be
separated. The main pipes distributing to the floors should be wider; the
pipes distributing to the radiators in the floors should have at least 1 "metal
pipe or a inner plastic pipe with the diameter 1". Since a circulating system
(circulation of heating water) is more comfortable in this way, the hot water
in the boiler is felt in the radiator in less time.
Note: The diameters of the input and output pipes of the last 4 mtul
radiators can be 3/4 "metal pipe or 3/4" internal diameter plastic pipe with
a diameter suitable for the metal pipe.
2- Installation pipes should be passed as far as possible through concrete
floor.
In places where there is a necessity to stay in concrete, it should be passed
through concrete floor by making a good heat insulation.
4. THE PROCEDURES AND SECURITY PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING
THE FLOOR HEATING
1 -) The opening of the solid-fuel floor boilers must be done by an
authorized service. In cases where there is no authorized service, the
opening of the boiler needs to be done by the persons foreseen by the
dealer.
2-) Our solid fuel boilers should definitely not be installed in bedrooms,
living rooms and wet floors (bathrooms, etc.).
