7, Care And Use Of The Solid Fuel Boiler - Teba therm T-30 Installation Manual

CAUTION: If there is no movement in the circulation pump by removing the
2-socket plug and inserting the electrical plug, remove the yellow screw
located in the middle part of the circulating pump. If the shaft does not
rotate, rotate it with the screwdriver, and put the yellow screw in place.
3- Cancel the fan by pressing the FAN button on the electronic control
system.
4- The boiler burns by placing a few pieces of wood in the boiler. The LCD
screen on the electronic control system indicates whether the pump is active.
If the pump is not active, the temperature of the pump minimizes by pressing
the menu button on the control system. As soon as the display shows 'pump
active' on the LCD screen, check whether the circulation pump is working. If
there is no movement in the circulation pump, the yellow screw on the
circulation pump needs to be moved by a screwdriver and the shaft in the
pump needs to be turned and to operate the pump. It is expected that the
remaining air in the boiler and in the installation is pumped into the
expansion tank by running the pump for 10 minutes.
Note: The procedures listed in Articles 3 and 4 above should be made in the
first firing process when the solid fuel boiler is not used for a long period of
time.

7, CARE AND USE OF THE SOLID FUEL BOILER

1- Solid fuel boilers must not be burned or used without heating water.
2- Do not use flammable materials such as rubber, plastic and excessive
amount of environmental pollution such as coal (fugitive coal) which is
forbidden to be used by official institutions. Such substances causes
environmental pollution and reduces the life of the boiler and causes waste
gas passage ways to become blocked. Our company is not responsible for any
damage or damage caused by such materials.
3- In places where the chimney emmission is not sufficient, the fan must be
canceled until the chimney extraction is improved.
4- In the heating water of our installation, antifreeze must be added
according to the climate conditions of our region. The antifreeze prevents the
freezing in our installation during the winter months and extends the life of
