Unlocking the smart delivery box using a code
The owner has two options for opening the doors of the smart delivery box:
• Use different codes for the mail door and the cabinet door.
• Use the same code for both doors.
The guest can open the mail door and the cabinet door of the smart delivery box only with different codes.
1. Enter the code on the key pad.
One or two doors open depending on the code entered.
2. If an incorrect number was entered, press the arrow key.
3. Press the check mark button to confirm the entered code.
4. Close the door by pushing it shut.
The door is locked again.
Remove the shelves
Note
• One shelf must be permanently fixed in the smart delivery box when it is in use.
• If only one shelf is used, it must be fixed in the middle of the box.
• If two shelves are used, one shelf must be attached to the top rail and one to the bottom rail.
Remove the shelves to organize food storage or to clean them.

Defrosting the smart delivery box (SDB120A only)
NOTICE! Damage hazard
• Never use hard or sharp tools to remove ice or to free objects frozen onto the device.
• Do not use mechanical tools or a hair dryer to remove ice or to loosen frozen items.
Note Over time, frost can build up on the inside the smart delivery box, if a cooling temperature
is used for a longer period of time. If this layer of frost is about 3 mm thick, you should defrost the
smart delivery box.

• Check the power cord regularly for signs of damage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, do not use the device.
