Problem
The smart delivery box does not cool.
The delivery box does not heat.
The cabinet door is frozen to the smart
delivery box.
The air outlet is low.
The display shows Error! Error
code: E02 and an alarm sound turns
on.
Possible cause
Accelerometer triggered.
Power supply interruption.
Display and main board communication
error.
Display and scanner board communica-
tion error.
Possible cause
The door is open.
An error code appears.
The refrigerant circuit is defective.
The cabinet door is open.
The heater cable is defective.
The heater is defective.
The air intake section is clogged up.
AC heater fault.
Suggested remedy
times. The smart delivery box will not
be locked.
When the correct code is entered,
the smart delivery box opens.
