memory device.
Use only properly encoded MP3/WMA/AAC files.

Disconnect the USB memory device and reconnect
securely.

Disconnect the USB memory device and reconnect. If
the device is still not recognized, try replacing with a
different USB memory device.
Try reversing the connection direction of the USB
device (usually the brand name surface should be
facing left).
