Cause/remedial action
Close the washing machine door properly, laundry may be caught.
Turn the water tap on fully,
The supply hose is kinked/trapped,
The water pressure is too low.

– If an additional water filter has been installed (depending on model)
~ Page 28, check for contaminants and clean if required ~ sepa-
rate installation and cleaning instruction for water filter.
The detergent solution pump is blocked. Clean the detergent solution
pump. ~ Page 19
The drain hose/waste pipe is blocked. Clean the drain hose at the siphon.

Turn off the tap and call the after-sales service. ~ Page 24

Attach/replace the drainage hose correctly.
Tighten the screw connection of the supply hose.
