Is oscillation of X1201(27MHz) transmitted?
(28) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform confirmed in TP[7850_RESET], when power
is turned on? (If not reference waveform, proceed to "NO".)
Check operation of IC151(ADV8003).
(29) Check power supply.
Are 1.8V supplied to L1501-L1505/C1563/C1570/L1512/L1521/
L1522?
Are 3.3V supplied to L1508/L1510/L1514?
(30) Check xtal oscillator.
Is oscillation of X1501(27MHz) transmitted?
(31) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform confirmed in TP[8003_RESET], when power
is turned on? (If not reference waveform, proceed to "NO".)
(32) Check Control signal (I2C).
Is waveform confirmed in TP[[IP_SCL/IP_SDA], when the power is turned on?
(If the waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
The pattern and circuit from the HDMI connector (JK151/JK152) to
the IC(IC151) is defective, or HDMI output circuitry is defective.
